Here we are again meeting in this space on the first month of a new year. If you are like most people I know, there is a feeling of relief as we shed and release 2016.
Saying last year was difficult would be an understatement for many of you. Personally, I watched so many friends walk through pain and adversity, as well as myself. I knew that 2016 would be a great year of change--of course I had no idea at the time what that meant. Although these experiences are often our greatest teachers, they still remain painful nonetheless.
Moving into this year, we find ourselves in transition as individuals and as humans living on the planet together. One of the best ways to help the whole is to start with yourself. Becoming the strongest and most fully awakened version of yourself will greatly help heal our collective wounds. Please don't underestimate the power of working on yourself to help shift humanity--it is important work.
Many of you know that I am an empath, I feel the emotions of other people both on an individual level and a global level. Because of this, January is often one of my best months of the year to shed the old and welcome the new. There is renewed excitement about starting a new routine or program and a feeling of creative energy is in the air. This energy is something we can all take advantage of to help us become the best version of ourselves.
2017 is such an important year for setting the blueprint for the next 9-13 year cycle. Make sure to keep your focus on what you want in your life.
What will help you keep your focus?
A vision board (one of my favorites), post-it notes, or daily reminders on your smart phone? Whatever it is, please make sure you are HIGHLY FOCUSED.

Eleven is a master number, 2017=10=1, which is a year for new beginnings. Setting your intentions this month is very important. Write them down and read them daily. Create, Create, Create! You can do it! You are the Master of your life.
I am confident this year will be joyful and abundant. Thank you so much for taking the time to trust my work and to improve your well being, spiritually, physically and mentally. I look forward to seeing you again with a bright new beginning.
