Hello Dear Ones,
There is an incredible moving stream of frequency that is sweeping over the Earth.
There are no barriers when it comes to Energy. We are at a critical mass of the Truth and Spiritual Awakening, globally. This really has nothing to do with health but everything to do with consciousness and the shift on the planet.
Your inner transformation, Christ consciousness, is the knowing of source within you, the God source that we all come from.
These are the times to slow down and be with yourself. Take this opportunity that has been placed upon us to cleanse yourself, purge and release the old programming.
It is a gift to have time in this busy world to make way for positive changes. We must learn to be with ourselves and family again. We have gotten too unbalanced with our worldly surroundings.
Now is the time to heal yourself, which means going inward (mediation and prayer) and being creative. Fulfill all of the things in life that you never had the time to do.
Take advantage of the time, relax and flow with nature. After all Mother Earth is recuperating and cleansing too.
Look at how clear the skies have been, the waters are clearing up, the animals and fish are reappearing in many different areas. This time is intended for all to appreciate ourselves, find joy and to be present in the moment.
Make the most of your time. Self care, self love, acceptance of all. Be the observer and not the reactor.
Be aware of your thoughts, observe your self talk and change the thinking to be positive and more productive. Our minds and emotions are more powerful than we know. Have faith and trust in yourself.
The energy of destruction conquers through fear and division.
I urge you to disconnect from listening to the news. The media does not support unity. It supports diversity of fear and control.
We all know that fear breaks down the immune system and blocks our Spiritual intuition. When you fix this problem of fear, then guess what, the energy cannot exist.
The Energy has no fuel. Don't be a slave to the old system that divides. Liberate yourself from the old paradigm.
Have faith and trust in yourself. God has a plan. This is part of the collective newness of awakening. A collective unified higher agreement of oneness. We can do this together!
